The former is usually used for small affinity enhancement/minimal sequence modification; The latter is used for significant affinity maturation.


EKST can express antibody mutants in prokaryotic system and/or eukaryotic system. Both platforms have the ability of high-throughput expression and screening, significantly shortening the cycle of antibody affinity optimization.
