Senior director of monoclonal antibody R&D technology

Qualifications

· Ph. D. or master's degree in related fields such as immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, etc.

· Good skills in biochemistry and molecular biology techniques

· Monoclonal antibody and multifunctional antibody technology development experience is preferred

· Antibody scale-up expression and purification process development is preferred

· Clinical research experience is preferred

· Strong communication skills in languages (both English and Chinese) and computer skills

· Strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, good communication skills and team spirit

Responsibilities

· Responsible for project development of monoclonal antibody drug related products

· Responsible for leading the team to develop, maintain and optimize the related platform for monoclonal antibody drug development

· Timely tracking and understanding of the international development of monoclonal antibody drugs, assisting/leading the selection and development of new projects

· Timely summary to the immediate leadership of the progress of the work

· Coordinate with other departments in time to complete the assigned positions related tasks
