EXCYTE antibody humanization technology is based on bioinformatics and small-scale expression combination library to generate humanized sequence combinations with the highest “human” homology. These different humanized clones with various combinations are expressed in the mammalian cell expression system, and immediately available to be tested in binding ability and biological functions.
The EXCYTE antibody humanization design is free from the dependence on three-dimensional structure information. It combines the latest humanization design concepts, comprehensively considers the amino acids which may affect the structure and function of a given antibody CDR in the framework sequence, and strives for maximum humanization substitution.
